Here are some house rules and notices that we would like you to be aware of:

No smoking is permitted inside the lodge or on the decking. However, there is a clearly signed designated smoking area in the garden.

No parties are allowed in the lodge. You may have other guests over during the daytime, but please only have the amount of people who have booked the lodge or to the maximum capacity.

Please be respectful of the other people on site and be mindful of how loud you have your music/TV.

"Accommodation was 1st class, amazing, clean, all amenities provided such as cleaning items, toiletries, wifi, Netflix, bedding. Lovely location perfect for family and the dog had lovely walks around the lake. Owner was pleasant and welcoming. Wish we could have stayed longer. Kids loved it and didn't want to leave. Highly recommended!"
